At Capital Ortho every patient is important to us and deserves a personalized experience when they walk through our doors. We Listen
One of the benefits of choosing Capital Ortho is that we take the time to listen to our patients. Listening is an important part of medicine. Everyone’s pain is a little different. Everyone’s experience is their own. That’s why our philosophy is to spend the time to really hear what each patient is saying. Taking a history is more than just checking off boxes on a form–your medical history can provide clues to your pain. When did the pain start? What motion triggers the pain? We listen to your answers because determining a care plan begins with an understanding of the problem.
We Take Our Time
There is no benefit for patient or physician to rush through an appointment. It’s important to get up close with the bothersome joint or bone–we need to see and feel the problem area. This is true in the case of trauma, sports injury, or aches and pains associated with aging. The physical examination will let your physician determine what, if any, imaging is needed.
We Think About Your Time
Getting a clear understanding of the problem often requires X-rays. If imaging is needed, we offer on-site X-rays as part of our service. Should your care plan involve physical therapy, that is also available on site. Everything is under one roof with care and convenience.
We Plan For The Future
Capital Ortho is building a new office and surgical center in Flowood, Mississippi. Beginning in the fall of 2018, our plan is to continue the tradition of quality patient care in a new facility that will provide an excellent patient experience. Care, convenience, and so much more.
